Bike MS: Pedal the Plains brings hundreds of riders together to experience this two-day ride in South Dakota. Choose between 30-, 70-, or 100-mile routes from Dell Rapids to Sioux Falls and back.  Donations raised through Bike MS directly help people affected by multiple sclerosis through support programs and cutting-edge research. More than 17,000 people in the Upper Midwest Chapter area live with MS, and Bike MS makes a difference to each one.
